Bernard joined the RSC in 2004 having previously worked for the NHS and in the voluntary and private sectors.

From a technical background, Bernard applies his knowledge of how technology can solve real problems to his work at the RSC. He is particularly interested in the application of new technologies to teaching and learning and his contribution to the work in the region ensures that the RSC remains at the leading edge of technical innovation.
