Graciano Soares, M.Ed.
Manager

Graciano has a Masters degree in Education from the University of Manchester. He also has a Diploma in Management with the Chartered Management Institute and a Diploma in First Steps to Leadership with the Institute of Leadership and Management.

He joined the JISC RSC London in March 2004 after working as a Staff Development Coordinator, Cambridge ESOL Teacher Trainer, ILT/e-learning Leader and a Skills for Life Tutor. His first experience with e-learning was as an Adult Courses Coordinator for an English School in Brazil, where he first experimented with computer-assisted learning packages. Since moving to the UK, he has taken part in a number of e-learning projects and initiatives, including the LSDA’s Explore e-Learning for LLN Tutors.

His experience also includes delivering business management and leadership training in Angola and quality improvement training in teaching and learning in the UK. Graciano is particularly interested in the processes of change and how it affects staff and organisations.
