Graciano Soares M.Ed.

Graciano has a Masters degree in Education from the University of Manchester. He originally joined the RSC London in March 2005 after working as a Staff Development Coordinator, Cambridge ESOL Teacher Trainer, ILT/e-learning Leader and a Skills for Life Tutor.

His experience with e-learning started with his work as an Adult Course Coordinator for an English School in Brazil, where he first experimented with computer-assisted learning packages. Since moving to the UK, he has taken part in a number of e-learning projects and initiatives, including the LSDA’s Explore e-Learning for LLN Tutors project.

Graciano is particularly interested in the processes of change and how it affects staff and organisations. He has recently completed a Diploma in Management with the Chartered Management Institute and a Diploma in First Steps to Leadership with the Institute of Leadership and Management.
