Rosemary Leadley
Information Officer

As Information Officer, Rosemary’s role includes supporting the development of effective communications with providers and helping to source and publish exemplars of good practice in technology enhanced teaching and learning and educational business processes. Rosemary also has responsibilities for the advisory support of specialist colleges and a number of adult and community learning providers in the region.

Rosemary gained her first degree in sociology (Greenwich University) as a mature student and following a PGCE, taught in the primary sector before moving into adult and community learning. She joined RSC London in September 2007 from a large adult education service where her roles included teaching , e-learning project management and ILT Manager. 

She is also an experienced district councillor and for some years pursued a parallel career in local government including a seven year period as council leader.

Having just completed her MA in Online and Distance Education (Open University), Rosemary’s professional interests span a range of issues faced by individuals and organisations implementing technology enhanced learning.
