Kav graduated in Computer Science from the University of Reading and started her teaching in secondary schools. She joined the FE sector 18 years ago as a lecturer and has since held various managerial roles including Senior Tutor for ‘A’ level programmes and pastoral care and Academic Development and Quality Coordinator. She has a Diploma in Management Studies and was most recently the ILT Training and Development Manager at North Hertfordshire College.

Kav’s particular interest is the embedding of e-learning within the curriculum and the use of technology to improve the quality of learning and teaching in institutions.
